Our Escrow Manager
Let’s start with our escrow manager – Debbie. She has over 32 years of escrow experience, which includes 25 years with Neighborhood Escrow. She’s committed to making sure her clients’ needs are taken care of, so she makes it a priority to be available whenever her clients need her. Since she has so much experience in the escrow business, she’s incredibly knowledgeable, so don’t be afraid to ask her any questions you may have throughout the escrow process. During her time off, she enjoys spending time at the beach, working out, and taking quality time with her precious family.
Our Jr. Escrow Officer/Assistant Manager
Raven has been a proud member of the staff here at Neighborhood Escrow for over 17 years. She appreciates the opportunity to meet all her clients’ needs and make the escrow process go smoothly for them. During Raven’s time off, she loves to play games, read, shop with her husband, and play with her adorable dog Snickers. She has a real passion for animals including orcas and giraffes, and she loves to discover new places during her travels, too.
Our Local Staff Member
McKenna grew up in the South Bay and currently lives in Redondo Beach with her husband. She recently changed careers and is relishing the opportunity to learn more about and gain experience in the escrow business. McKenna is also an avid traveler, and she enjoys staying active by doing Pilates and walking/biking on the Strand. When she’s ready to relax, she kicks back and watches interesting TV series and movies.
Our Escrow Assistant
Our team wouldn’t be complete without our lovely escrow assistant, Christy. She has over 35 years of combined real estate experience in Escrow, Lending, Investments, and Real Estate Sales, so she’s a real asset to our team. She’s seen it all over the years, so she’s never afraid of a “tough transaction.” She loves making escrow transactions as seamless and stress-free as possible by communicating clearly and showing genuine care at every step. Christy is proud to have a husband, two daughters, and a dog named KayLee. She loves to read, swim, make jewelry, and spend time at the beach during her free time.
