When she’s not expertly guiding clients through complex transactions, Debbie enjoys hitting the beach, staying active at the gym, and spending time with her family. Raven: Jr. Escrow Officer and Assistant Manager
Raven has been with Neighborhood Escrow for over 17 years, steadily building her career from the ground up. As our Jr. Escrow Officer and Assistant Manager, she’s the detail-driven, fast-responding problem-solver who helps keep every transaction moving.
Raven is known for her dependability and sharp attention to detail. Whether it’s catching an error before it becomes an issue or helping a nervous first-time buyer feel more confident, Raven is all about creating a seamless experience for everyone involved.
Outside the office, Raven is just as dynamic. She enjoys gaming, reading, shopping with her husband, and spending quality time with her dog, Snickers. A lifelong animal lover with a passion for orcas and giraffes, she also loves to travel and explore new places—experiences that reflect her open-minded and curious approach to life and work.
McKenna: Escrow Assistant and South Bay Native
The newest member of our team, McKenna brings a fresh perspective and a lifelong connection to the South Bay community. A recent career changer, McKenna is diving into the world of escrow with energy, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Her background and local roots make her especially relatable to many of our clients. She knows what makes our neighborhoods unique and is passionate about helping clients navigate their real estate journey smoothly.
